Let's say I didn't want to get caught sharing files I wasn't supposed to be sharing... Example 1. I want to share: The Beatles - I Want To Hold Your Hand But I don't want Michael Jackson suing me for unauthorized duplication and distribution of songs he owns the rights to... By simply changing or purposefully misspelling the words...it makes it a bit more difficult for prosecutors to nail down the file sharers...hence The Beetles - I Want Too Hold You're Hand

If you're talking about a file being named completely wrong - as in the song 'South Side' is named 'Precious Love', this is just the efforts of someone trying to frustrate file sharers. There are people who purposely seed file sharing networks with incorrectly titled files, empty files, songs that are cut off, files replaced with dire warnings of legal implications - you name it. This is unavoidable on a public file sharing network.

Some people also share songs that they don't know the official name of...so they just use the phrase in the song that would be the most obvious choice for a name.
