WHY did God 'create' atheists (that mischievous sod!)? Wasn't Satan enough?

he didn't create Atheists, he created free will, which is a gift unto us humans.

God is kind of funny that way - one moment he's blasting Sodom because it was full of queers - and the next minute he gives a madman like Satan free reign to run amok and cause havoc all over the place. Truly the lord works in mysterious ways...and some of them verge on being pointless and counter productive to his will.

I'm still trying to figure out why s/he "created" Satan (or allows Satan to continue existing). Isn't Gawd "powerful enough" to destroy ANYTHING, including evil? +5

There is no god so he didnt create atheists. Atheists are the smart people that have realised that there is no superior being or creator. People have made up god because they need something to believe in and they need to believe in an eternal afterlife so they have a reson to live. accept it there is no good there is only science and technology.

We were given free will by God so Atheist have a choice and they made their choice not to believe. How much are they getting for their souls these days? I mean with the recession and all, is Satan still paying well???

One would have to suggest, that we've been set up to be cannon fodder on the "Day of Judgement". Can't have much of a hellfire roast if "Every knee bows", eh?
