I think not for the one who did wrong. It is then up to the right to be accepting...should they chose not to accept they can deal with that. The wrong can have peace of mind for attempting to right the wrong, and be at peace!

Shouldnt be, but often its how and what the wrong was or is. The gesture nevertheless its a good thing, but not all will accept the good intention

I think it completely depends on the situation. Sometimes you can fix it and sometimes you just shouldn't bother trying to right a wrong.

There is one time that is to late......when your dead. Now I don't mean for that to be sarcastic, I mean it with sincerity. It is never to late while your on this earth to do what's right. That's all there is to it. It may be hard for you at the time, but you'll be happier later and you will make the person that was wronged feel much better(or whatever the case is). Making it right might depend on if it's possible to actually make it completely right. But it's never too late to try and make it up in some way, the best that you possibly can.

Yes I do - sometimes it's best leaving things alone (and I'm talking periods of 20 - 30 years) what is the point of bringing things up after all that time? Surely people will have moved on? Will you hurt that person bringing up all the bad memeories? But apart from that, righting wrongs - don't think it's ever too late (Within a certain timescale - guess it's up to you to judge) And hope you liked my contradictory answer!

Some wrongs are unrightable...and it depends how forgiving the wronged party is but it's never too late to TRY
