I accidentally lost a pill so I just took the next one in the package. I'm now a day ahead and coming up to my green pills which would mean taking them a day early. Would it mess things up if I skipped a green pill to get back on track of the right day?

I accidentally lost a pill so I just took the next one in the package. I'm now a day ahead and coming up to my green pills which would mean taking them a day early. Would it mess things up if I skipped a green pill to get back on track of the right day?
