IN MY OPINION Wisconsin cheddar is best of all.

Well actually... Canadian cheddar is not cheddar. It is cheddar style cheese. The only cheese that is really cheddar is the cheese that is made in Somerset, England. Others are just copies of that. So actually.. the best (and only authentic) cheddar is English. It is like saying that fizzy wine from Italy is Champagne, it isn't.
