As much as I like Lamar Odom, it's easy to forget that he just disappears for long stretches... stretches that might be better filled with someone who can remember that there's a basketball game going on.
Still, the Lakers will likely be the favorites, and barring injury to you-know-who, one could make a worse bet than a repeat.
I hope so.
I don't know who
Why? Because, well, you already know why sweetie! :)
The only team that can stop them is Cleveland. But they don't have a heads up on them.
honestly celtics, magic, spurs are the only ones i see stopping them.maybe cavs,mavs,blazers...bulls just cuz im from chi town...it wont happen though...gotta agree injuries is the main factor.
Boston, Cleveland, & Houston. But the wild card is injuries. The team that has the fewest injuries to their key players usually does well.

You're reading Lamar Odom re-signed with the Lakers today. Is there any team in the NBA that will stop the Lakers from repeating as NBA champions in 2010? If so, who and why?

@HB - If Lamar Odom were as focused as Kobe Bryant/LeBron James/etc....he'd be spoken of in the same reverential tones and be drawing maximum contract bids...;-D...
.
As it is, his versatility combined with his laid-back attitude make him a perfect off-the-bench hole-plugger for a contender like the Lakers.

Yeah, I suppose. He's like the ADD kid who charms everybody when he's spaced out and amazes everybody when he applies himself. From within his own little world, all is well... only the outsiders can see the lost potential. :)

@HasntBeen - Speaking of lost potential, it looks like Odom has hooked up with one of the Kardashian sisters...
