It's probably a sin, as it is with all other people, to purposely fantasize. But otherwise, finding someone attractive is normal. For example: A Cardinal once had the pleasure of dining with an important man and his beautiful wife. He told the wife, "Madame, you look beautiful tonight." "Why Your Excellence! Your vows!" "I took a vow of celibacy, Madame, not blindness." - In other words, there is no shame in recognizing a person's attractiveness.
