The cost of shooting a commercial depends on a variety of factors. The type of equipment you are using, the cost of actors and props, whether you are shooting on film or video, and the cost of locations all play a part in determining the final cost of the commercial. I really can't find a source for this, as it's kind of insanely broad. There's no way to pinpoint a specific price without specifics. You could film a commercial for free with a Consumer Mini-DV cam or for a million dollars if done professionally.
