    don't clean the cloudy water. it is going through a cycle. this is actually good for both the tank and the fish. my tank is cycling right now and petsmart told us to leave the tank alone and let it do its thing. this is completly normal and is fine for the tank. i forget what it does but this will take about a month to clear up. just do your usual thing with the fish but don't try to get rid of the cloudy water as annoying as it might be.

    Hello;

    Goldfish --- very hardy fish. You need at least 5-gallons of water per goldfish! Goldfish grow fast and eat a lot of food. They are very active and need room and good water quality to survive for any length of time. Live plants for snack time and cool clear water will keep your fish alive and well.

    Your tank has not completed the nitrogen cycle and your fish and your tank will suffer for another month. Please change 20% of the water daily for the next month as the build up of ammonia and nitrite will cause serious harm to your fish.

    I have goldfish ---- had them for years and I will have them for many more years!

    They die in a bowl and they will die if not given the water parameters they need.

    Change your water weekly --- goldfish can stand 50% water changes and should be keep in a water temperature of 55 to 74 degrees. In the summer if you cannot maintain the temperature --> change water more often to keep the dissolved organic compounds as low as possible.
