  • It's dishonest, and we like our politicians to at least pretend to be honest.
  • I think it brings their integrity into question. Why would we believe that someone can keep their campaign promises if they can't even stick to their wedding vows, which is supposed to be the most important promise they make in their life?
  • It's not about their personal life, it's about their ability to use good judgement, tell the truth and display their true character. If you are sincere about office, you want to show that you can be trusted and not be a two faced hypocrite. Generally these peole are the ones spouting morality for the rest of us. Nauseating.
  • It's a big thing, for those who would demand that the rest of us subscribe to their notions of morality.   • It's all about pointing fingers and dirty political tactics to make the opposing party look bad. The media soaks it up and saturates all forms of news with it. Each political party is just looking for a reason to get the upper hand. Kennedy was a sex addict, the whole country knew he was sleeping around but back then the media didn't fuel the fire on situations like that. The public really doesn't care, I know I don't.
