I'm scared of thunder storms and I don't know why.....why am I scared of thunder storms? and how can I get rid of this fear? :'(

thunder scares me very much I hate loud noises,but I hate lighting to ._. we had 2 thunder storms last night I been up since like 6:30 am this moring cause if the second thunder storm to =.= I can't help it I just can't seem to get rid of my fears of it......
