If you signed a contract to sell your home and have changed your mind, you can offer money to get the purchaser to sign a cancellation of contract. Of course, first see if there is anything in the contract that you may can use to void it. If not, the purchaser may bring a breach of contract action to force you to sell. Courts do not like to make people sell their homes, nor force people to buy homes they don't want. Best bet is try to work it out with the buyer.
