Yes, it's normal. You used muscles that you haven't used that much before, so there will be some soreness until you get used to it.

It depends upon the type of soreness. If its just muscular, then odds are you over-exerted it during your struggles while bound...a very normal side-effect that will ease as time passes and you get used to being tied. If its not muscular, but in your joint or where there are any hinge connections (like wrists or elbows) then you may have caused some damage to the nerves, ligaments and/or tendons. If thats the case, then give yourself all the time needed to fully heal before subjecting yourself to the same stresses that caused the injury. Otherwise, you risk incurring more serious and perhaps permanent soft tissue damage. BTW, how were you tied?
