It could be the Main Fuel Relay (these like to cut out at the worst possible times) or possibly the fuel pump itself.

Right.... you did all that but did you read the code that the computer received that it shut the engine down? If you have a CHECK ENGINE light come on, the very first thing you need to do is read the code with a code reader and determine what the problem might be. You would probably have saved a lot of money if you did.
