  • Depends on what she's going through right now. Try to find ways that help her out during her current situation. Small things that might not help her problem, but will help HER know that you're thinking of her and want to help, and just really brighten up her day and take her mind off of everything for a moment... Google or find a local floral shop in her area, call them and pay to order some flowers to be delivered to her house. Send her a gift package of relaxing things(candles, bath stuff, cds of music you know she likes) and funny things that will make her laugh. MAIL her an uplifting letter... something that she can hold and actually open.
  • You have a telephone, probably a cell phone, and a computer ... Call her on the landline to talk and LISTEN to her problems ... Text words of encouragement to her ... Daily. Snd her e-mails daily to let her know that YOua re availiable IF she needs to talk or someone to listen .. +5
  • Loads of MSN support and texts and the odd phone call. I've taken good care of a mate half way across the globe that way and she's said that the people immediately around her had less positive effect than my very frequent support comms.. MSN and the like rock.
