Just when I think I've heard/read the most ridiculous lawsuit, here's another one. What's wrong, are they pissed/embarassed that she told someone else the truth? Is that how much money they need to fix the mold problem? Their best move would be to take care of the problem before tenants file a lawsuit against THEM! I have a friend who lived in an apartment that had mold growing in the walls. She and her dogs were getting sick, and the landlord wouldn't fix it. She finally moved out.
