    I've never seen accessories/utilities in add/remove. What's the question?

    You need to do a "system restore" to restore it to the time before you deleted these components. Go to your "help and Support Center" by clicking the START and then clicking "system restore" under the "pick a task" part of the menu. (I am using XP so that's where it is on my PC).
