your skin repairs itself but if its a big cut then you should go to the hospital so it can have antiseptic cream put on it and so it can be bandaged up

Depends on the nature of the cut. Some cuts need the attention of a doctor to sew it back together. Others just need a band-aide. I have heard that one of the earliest uses of super-glue was to seal open wounds, but I would not recommend it. Get a band-aide.

I have had great sucess with liquid skin stitches like Dermabond. It's a lot like Crazy glue and will seal up most small not too deep cuts in seconds. It's quite a bit in emergency rooms nowadays. http://www.dermabond.com/
