You're not alone. I feel that way from time to time, but I just take a few deep breaths and shake it off. Life's too short to be worrying about the little things. Get out of the house and do some livin'. The worst thing you can do is dwell on it. It'll drive you crazy!

It happens to the best of us, ( me included ). Just remember that first off - your depression is all in your head and isn't really the way your life is...in fact you have it not too bad really. Secondly, go look up some friends and hang out a wile. Stay away from booze or recreational drugs - go to a movie, go out for a steak, or buy a new hat....start moving and keep moving until the blues goes away.
