I think it's just you. Cold left over chikkin is ok but I would not call it great. I'm talking about the commercial roast chikkin... It's been years since I had a ral roast chicken. Must try it one day. Or twosday.

I enjoy it quite a bit. To me, after it has been allowed to cool and stored in the fridge, it seems to really bring out that wonderful flavor. Interesting question!
