Well, first you'd need to find out if they are okay with an incestual act. You could ask them what they think of incest and incestuous acts. Then you could ask them has they've ever thought about it or fantasized about it. You could "accidentally" let them catch you naked while coming out of the shower or get in bed with them late at night and cuddle up to them and then let them know that you are aroused by touching and caressing them.
