  • Talk to your supervisor. If you have a scheduled lunch hour, they should have one as well and they should be abiding by it. I had a similar situation in my office with one person in particular. I wasn't even aware of it until it was brought to my attention. As soon as I knew, I put a stop to it right away.
  • Talk to your supervisor about staggered lunch times. That will help + 5
  • sounds like that would suck!!! You should be allowed to take a long lunch after that. Wish i lived near you and I would take to an extra special lunch
  • It's completely unfair. I would talk to someone about it nicely.
  • Talk to your supervisor/manager. It's their job to make sure there's coverage during the work day, not yours. We should all be flexible but not every day.
