Not until the heels wear out and they have holes in them. Even then it's hard to do. Silly eh ?!? LOL : )

I don't have to throw them away. One by one they seem to leave on their own, usually when I do wash. I'm sure there is an escape tunnel somewhere behind the machine!

Haha I throw mine away when they are too stretcht or have heaps of holes in them!! but usually I sew them up a good 8 times heheh
