I get the impression that many of the questions posted here, are from students who are just too lazy to do their own homework assignments, and want "others" to do the research for them. Do you agree with my assessment?

It happens. I don't really have a problem with it, and leave it up to the conscience of the asker and answerer.

It really depends on the category. In "Education," yes, a lot of drive-by cheaters. In "Relationship Issues," not as many, though there are some infuriating rambling and incoherent "questions." In "Bacon," I think they're all bona fide. :)

Its there decision, if they want to get answers to there homework from a bunch of strangers over the internet be my guest.

maybe they are not smart and live on there own with no one to help them out. but need to have the schooling to get a good job just to live.

Certainly there are some. Yahoo had a ton of kids saying, "Hurry, I need an answer to this math problem." They are only cheating themselves. I think the final exam will separate the wheat from the chaff.
