I try to look toward my future as must as I can. My past was sh*ty and do not want to dewell on it.
-
Definitely, Look forward. We all have so much to look forward to.
-
I look back on my past more. In general I reflect on the bad things I have done, which I really should stop doing. To feel good about yourself you must look forward to the future. I've learned that now
-
I don't really have much past, just a very long and continuous present that interweaves something terrible, so I concentrate on that most really. But when the present gives me a rest, I look forward. No point looking back anymore
-
I actually forget alot about my past because I don't venture there often. I'm constantly thinking about the future.
-
All that my past can give me is lessons, mainly about what I did wrong. If I take heed of those lessons they will help to make my future better than it would otherwise be. Our pasts definitely influence our futures and I intend to make sure that I have really learned from life's experience so that I can continue to look to the future with hope and confidence. In a nutshell, the future.

I would say past, because so many wonderful things have happened to me...some rotten ones too, but you learn from those...
