I believe so, where she is a good listener she also stands her ground. She recently said they have few friends left, I feel less threatened.

H. Clinton is probably the ideal person to be dealing with this country. She is highly respected throughout the world, which counts for something, and is intelligent, experienced and charismatic enough to make a difference if it's at all possible with the Hermit Kingdom. There is just no one else as qualified as her.
