I don't know about you, but I don't spend more than $10 per week to keep a healthy stomach. Ever since I decided to do something about my stomach problem, every day has been better than the last. Step 1 - Eat lots of veggies. My local kroger sells good spinach for $3.68 per pound. It takes me a good week to go through this eating 3 times per week. Step 2 - If you really want to get rid of the junk in your small intestine, get a colon cleansing weight loss product. Not the crap you see advertised around. This is the one I use: http://www.trollden.com/ColonCleansingWeightLoss.html. It costs me $2.64 per bottle. It's funny when I first took it, I must have dropped 15 pounds from my stomach. I felt so good afterwards.. Mmh! Step 3 - Eventually when you get the time, exercise a little. It can help.

No matter how cheap, don't consider Liquid Plumber! ;-)

Just drink a lot of water and eat a lot of fresh fruit. Fibrous fruits, like apples, mangos and papayas are good, but make sure you eat a good variety and they don't have to be all that exotic. Whatever is in season. Some vegetables like celery are good as well. Watery and fibrous. These are the natural colon cleansers.

Food that won't stay down should be cheap.
