http://www.diabellalovescats.com/kittens.htm for you kitten needs. Please to find that kits begin to walk around 2 to 4 weeks old. That doesn't mean that tomorrow they will get up and walk - however anytime next week they should start to walk. Most likely they will stumble and stagger and not get far from the box they are in. They are in a box right? If not then it is time to put them in an open top box with mom's bed. High enough to where they can't wander away but not so high that mom can't easily jump in and out of the box.

yes it is normal for there age. pretty soon they will be walking and sniffing around and trying to get into all sort of mischief. they are developeing normally so don't worry.

That is perfectly normal. They are usually around 5 or 6 weeks when they really start to get up and going. That is usually when they start to eat solid food and start to really play and be active. They are usually pretty clumsy for another couple of weeks after that though. They'll swat at each other and fall over backwards with the effort.
