Sure you can. It might not be easy, but it can be done. It's called self discipline and taking the pain. You're probably better off going to a clinic though. That might make the process longer, but it will work better and probably safer. I've been in treatment over 6 yrs now, but had a bad heroin habit that lasted for years.. Hydro w/d will seem like hell on earth though. I don't recommend doing it from home.
