I can't speak for Islam, but a person who murders, rapes, abuses kids, etc. isn't a follower of either Christianity or Judaism. Now, a person who did these things could, if they repent, still be saved. As for "good non-believers": perfectly righteous, utterly unsinful people have no need of repentance, forgiveness, and redemption. When you find someone who's perfectly righteous and utterly unsinful, let me know.

Being a follower of Christianity is no guarantee of getting into heaven. Some of the worst child sex abuse and physical abuse that took place in Ireland from the 1940's to the 1990's was committed by men and women who were Christians (priests and nuns).

Following or merely practicing the religion of Christianity does not mean that one has entered into the salvation of God through Christ Jesus. One is only a Christian by responding in faith to God's invitation to repentance and belief in Him through Jesus. Whatever the sin the person committed, the person is only saved by faith in Christ. Once saved, the person ought never to be involved in murders, rapes, etc. But God does sovereignly choose to save people who have previously committed every kind of heinous sin against Him. He saves them through faith in Christ. A non-believer can never enter into heaven, because the unpardonable sin is unbelief in Christ. One can not receive the forgiveness of God apart from believing in Christ. If one can not receive the forgiveness of God, then one enters eternity unforgiven and bearing the guilt of sin.
