If you were to make a cartoon character, what would it be or how would it look like?

Have you read the Eragon series? I think it's in the second book, but whenever I think/read about the little girl who was "blessed" by Eragon and Sapphira in that book, I just get a cartoon image of how I would draw her, or someone based on her. It's hard to explain, and i certainly haven't been able to draw her like I want to. She'd be like a more round version of Squee (JTHM) with a twisted pointy toothed smile, grey hair, and cat-like eyes. Ah, so much explaining to not makes sense. What would you?
