The wife and I went on a short vacation to San Francisco. There was a Morton's Steakhouse across the street from our hotel. I got a steak and lobster. Unfortunately, it was fairly late in the season for lobster, so the one they brought to my table was very close to molting (or whatever lobsters do when they grow larger than their shell.) The lobster meat was stuck to the inside of the shell and very difficult to get out and it was very stringy. The bill came to $250. I'm sure I've spent more on other stupid stuff that I couldn't afford, but that one sticks in my mind for some reason.

Smokeing. Its the biggest waste of money for me. Its bad for your health, it stinks and its very hard to kick the habbit but I am trying like hell.
