Aside from the obvious (good grooming, etc.) you could try to 1) tell him you need more and 2) give to him what you want back.

First off be sure you actually know what kind of attention you want be it to satisfy you sexually, emotionally, playful, etcetera. You're also gonna have to give him some attention back in turn, obviously it's not good if you're the only one satisfied. You're married so I assume you know what he likes and doesn't like and how to get different reactions from him, use that. For example, my girlfriend of two years may playfully nudge me or tease me to get me to play around with her (no, not in a sexual manner.) I'm sure you know some way to get the same result if that's what you're seeking, and of course I'm sure you know other ways to get different results as well ;]

Pay attention to his friends? Just kidding. I'd find out 1 or 2 things he has tried to get you interested in and learn something about it on your own. If not an issue, than find a conversation where you might say something cool about him (that is totally true), and he might feel like hanging around (for more?). I learned European sports car trivia, and he thought I was the best! And I still enjoy it. The other thing is people tend to bond together under stressful, "scary" situations as it heightens the senses. People who parachute, race, etc., like the "rush." It's often that glue that holds couples together outside the home. Go ride the scary roller coaster, or whatever makes you feel breathless. I've had friends do it and it really helps helps keep feelings alive. Expect to be an unexpected fun surprise. Or, just do a foot massage. =)
