Do you prefer to study in public places (library, lounge, etc) or in private places (bedroom, office)?

I like to study at the library. It is too easy to find distractions at home ( like my wife, tv, eating, etc). + 5

I actually get more work done in a public place, since AB does not distract me there. Much prefer working in my study though.

I turned one room in my house into a mini library and that is where I love to study.

I prefer to study at the library in their quiet study room. I get a lot more done that way

It does not really matter - unless my hubby bugs me in between by wanting this or that ( or both) then I wish I would be in the library...

I love libraries if they're quiet enough, but I also very much studying alone and privately.

libraries are great, but if I have to learn something I don't want to, I will have to be in a place with less distraction, because I will probably keep picking out other things to read.

private. Even in a library people are constantly moving around and making noise and it's distracting.

I prefer to study or work at home where I can be comfortable and there's absolutely no noise or people walking around, I can have a cup of tea, etc.

I think it does vary. Probbaly somewhere private is for Most ... but there are times when 'a change is as good as a holiday'. It's like most things: 'variety can be the spice of life'.
