Yes. The intent is obvious and this is a HUGE drain on our health care system. How can a something legal result from an illegal act? I would prefer this be done before ANY bill be passed that will continue to make the US taxpayers responsible for these costs.

No the child was born here and not his or her fault. However, the mother is still not legal.

Sure. I also disagree with the marriage thing where if you marry a citizen you also become a citizen. I think it should take more than that. I would expect to do some work to become a legal citizen of another country, I wouldn't just expect it to happen right when I get there.

Absolutely, 100% yes. The stipulation needs to be added that if a child is born within the borders or territories of the US, one or both of the parents must be full, naturalized US citizens for the baby to automatically be granted citizenship.
