Can i sue a gas station for denying me the use of a public bathroom, if i'm pregnant?

Did you ask them why you could not use the bathroom? Was it out of order? Perhaps it was not clean? and why sue?

Why would they deny you use of a public restroom? I assume there must have been a reason; I can't imagine the clerk standing there, laughing at you and taunting you to pee your pants, lol. And even if they did, why would you sue them? Did being unable to use this restroom hurt you or your baby? There just aren't enough details here to be able to give you an educated answer.

The odds of you being able to sue them with victory are slim. Unless of course, you holding it somehow harmed the unborn child! I wish you could sue for that though. I am sick of companies that have the, "washrooms for customers only" status. If I see that sign on a door, there's no way that company is getting my business. To deny people a normal bodily function, simply because they have't given you money...is stupid, greedy and arrogant! A company that doesn't at least give their bathroom service away free doesn't deserve my money or anyone elses. That's my opinon at least! Peace everyone!
