It would be good to eat plenty of fresh fruit salads.I mix kiwi,strawberries and blueberries,add a bit of honey and milk.Also fresh salads are very good to replace meats in the diet.

eat lots of fruits and veggies. There is usually zilch amount of fat in them... get a blender and make tasty soups... makes it all taste so much better :)

Weight Watchers worked (and is still working...I've kept to my goal weight for 2 1/2 years) for me. And most doctors agree. It's more of a healthier eating lifestyle than a "diet." As a bonus, I now have normal bp and cholesterol.

first of all, don't "go on a diet", because what's going to happen when you come off your diet? just eat healthy and you'll slim down all your own. second, there are different types of fat, some of which your body needs in order to be healthy. stick to fresh fruit and vegetables and cut back on chocolate, sweets, soda and take aways. establish a healthy lifestyle and you'll never need to "go on diet" again.
