My computer is not booting. it is confused what is wrong sometimes it says run disc error , windows essential file missing, hdd corropt , etc power fails after 3-4 minutes when it starts(rearly) even i cannot load windows bcos power fails. help meee!!!!!!

looks like you have a lot of errors and theres no way your computer can run with that corrupted hard drive your probably gonna have to get a new one. The only people who can help you now are people who are specialised in that kind of work. However be warned it can be very expensive to have it done because the drive has to be stripped in sterile conditions, same goes with your other problem.

Sounds like you have one or more hardware problems there. Your power really shouldn't fail after 3 minutes - it could be overheating, or you may have a bad PSU. It also sounds like your hard disk is on its way out - worth checking the SMART status in the BIOS.
