You can be an "assistant" to a social worker in some field, but only if the professional is willing to take on someone who lacks a college degree. +5

Gee, you don't ask for much, do you? There is no "quick" or "easy" way to get into social work. You're just going to have to attend college like everybody else in that field. You may have the personality for it, but your work ethic doesn't match it. Good luck. +5 for having a good heart.
