I'm a Christian, but I think sometimes Christians loose sight of the commandment to love one another, and especially to love those who have not accepted Christ. Too many Christians turn away & alienate those with little or no faith, rather than show the love & patience that Christ called for.

Hmmm...don't know, U. of life. In my experience it is the opposite. Any mention of religion or God is usually automatically downrated even on a specifically religious forum, where non-believers have no business. BTW, suppose we were on a forum discussing classic autos and somebody DR's a statement about the qualities of the 1929 Duesenberg, though they did not know beans about classic autos...or cared anything about them. Pretty stupid, don't you think? So, why the lurking around religion forums and DRing everything anyone says there? See where I am going? Trollies have been doing this for years on AB. What is the point?? If you don't like the food, go to another diner.

oh well, I didnt down rate your question, I gave you some points. Sometimes it can be related to fear, they can be so intense in their beliefs, that to have a possibility of something else that could exist, can create fear within their being, dont take it as personal, its their personal journies they are on, they will live it as they are best able to do...........:)

How about not wanting to hear an answer after asking a question?

My honest answer is that some questions are deliberately offensive and willfully mischievous. They could be construed as bullying.

I have another answer now:-) I have been down-rated on several of my answers because of my Christian point of view. So it looks like it goes both ways my friend.
