Catch them in the act, catch her in a lie, or use reverse psychology and let her know that if there ever came a time that she was cheating on you and was afraid to tell you about it because there was something wrong in the marriage, that you would be understanding and forgiven as long as she could freely admit that she did it.

She is keeping it in the family and if you and your bro get along why not let them have their pleasures as well. she might like more sex than you can give her so just tell her if she is it is OK with you and let her have him as well. if he is married tell him turn about is fair play and the four of you have a real lot of fun! If you cant do that then you and she will probably end up in divorce court and you will hate your brother. which is better you have to decide.
