I have never tried these, but maybe try the Crest whitening strips? You apply them to your teeth and I believe they dissolve in your mouth staining them white. After a few uses they should go to white. Crest is a pretty reputable brand so they should be good. And that is pretty cheap as well. You could also see your dentist and discuss options of whitening with him. Hope this helps!

If you don't have the money for bleaching or Whitening strips, You can try that age old Remedy, Baking soda on your toothbrush. You can see results immediately.
