• you must start setting your alarm up earlier every day till you go to sleep earlier because you are so sleepy.
  • Go to bed 30 minutes earlier every night for a week. Tonight 2:30am Tomorrow 2:00am Day after 1:30am etc. till you get to the time you want.
  • sleep early +2
  • try staying up for over 24 hours n then u will soon get ur normal cycle back sounds easier then it is i bet, wake up at noon and then try to stay awake till 8 or 9pm the following nite, thats the onbly way you can sort it out.
