  • Racists and bigots are unpleasant and nothing anyone does is wrong, if it right for them and is not against the law. But you are only wrong if you wish to stop them having an opinion. +3
  • If you respond to them in a very public and negative way, the way they operate, then yes - you are as bad. You have to be better than them. A lot of people are sick and tired of being bigots and racists (same thing ???), however - it would seem a lot of people also loving being negative. I don't believe it will ever end. Only thing to do is be a better person than they are.
  • Of course you are. Prejudice is prejudice unless thiers a new word that looks exactly like it with another definition. Put on yer hater blockers and enjoy all people, if they are worthy of it, because their decent. Period. Now slap me some points. I feel dirty.....
  • I think racists and Bigots need their say also. People do change. It is that thing God gave us called "Free will". + 5
  • Although we may disagree strongly with the opinions, thoughts and or ideals which others may take ... It's their given right to choose as they will ... Hopefully time and understanding will alter their outlook ... But to deny others their freedom of speech or point of ideal, would be wrong.
  • Depends on what you call prejudice. To stand against things that are unethical and probably immoral has a positivity that prejudice and bigotry don't. So if it's a case of "Fight the good fight", to me it can be understandable and even commendable. Better yet is to make informed judgments and emit opinions but not before examining the issues, if you fail to do so you'll probably fall in the same category of putting forward sentiments without any substance or previous judgment (prejudice).
  • You are entitled to your opinions. Opinions are good because they help keep a balance of things.
  • Being prejudiced against racists and other bigots is different than being prejudiced against race, sexual orientation, and the like. Being prejudiced against someone based on race and other externals is judging on the way someone was born. To me, that is wrong. Being prejudiced against racists and other bigots is judging on the person's morals and belief system. That is a lot different than, say, racism.
  • You are doing just fine there Reptar. Just remember to speak carefully in such a way to make people change. Don't get too hostile with them or that's all they will see. They will not look inward as we wish they would, if you're putting on a major show of disgust and spewing hate for them. Remember to love everyone. In doing that, we show them they are loved as well. Teach them gently.
