Where does one go to register a complaint about slanderous or treating postings from a AB submitter?

Use the spam/offensive flagging for isolated questions and answers. Use the feedback link at the bottom of the page for offensive comments or for profile issues, or for general remarks about a user. Systematic downrating is certainly not a good option. In your case, as you have only "54% + ratings given" according to your profile, many users would consider you to be a troll. Consider also that your moral standards could not be those of Answerbag. In this case, what you consider to be "slanderous or treating postings" will be considered to be quite valid by the Answerbag moderators, so your flags will be rejected.

Did you get satisfaction with the above answer? you could post a response with the staff person who has an open forum on the front page right...where the new questions are posted ... to the right of that is a staff blog. you can leave a question there and it will be read my staff and members.
