1.....I like them

10 They are the reason I don't watch commerical televistion anymore. I do watch sports but I think most sports, especially the NFL, have too many commercials.
-
I don't watch them ever. I remote them away. The major networks are trying to outsmart me and put commercials on all networks at the same time. But I'll just surf to some cable show to avoid watching them.
-
6, they irritate me, but some just make me laugh out loud

5 It gives me a break to go to the bathroom, read, or just grab a snack without missing my show. However, they do get irratating when I just feel like being lazy and have seen the same one over and over again.

Commercials don't bother me at all, since I haven't seen any since I got my DVR.
-
Usually 10. If there isn't a MUTE button I have to turn the TV off. There are some commercials I love like mini movielets, like the E*trade baby who is always dissing grownups. I'll listen to them a few times.

4 Not so much. I hardly watch TV anyway.

3 some are good some are informative, others are bad and repetitive
-
Not at all. Not since they invented the remote control anyway. They rarely get past the word "right" in "we'll be right back after this"
-
Modern ads: 2 or 3 unless they use that bullsh*t of raising the volume, then 15-18. Old ads: -10, I LOVE old commercials
-
11 It's not only the commercials it's the fact that they alter the sound to make them louder. It's called compression, there's an audio trick to it. There some funny/cute ones but overall they suck. Not to mention if you time a show half of it is commercials. Years ago, in the 60's 15 minutes per hour were commercials, now it more like 50/50 or worse.
