  • An exact anwer is yet to be found. But you can approximate by by using all sorts of formulas. These are formulas that never really end. The easiest formula is: pi = 4/1 - 4/3 + 4/5 - 4/7 + 4/11 - 4/13 + 4/15 - ... It just goes on like this forever. (With alternating plus and minus sign and the next odd number in the division.)

  • You can't...by definition it's an irrational number. There are a number of different approximation methods, but it boils down to 22 divided by 7... And you end up with an irrational number that can not be defined exactly.
