cut out a picture of what you would like your stomach to look like on friday, get some tape, and tape the picture to your stomach and imagine, thats the only thing i can come up with for results by friday.

Diet and exercise, such as ab crunches and aerobic activity would possible work if you had more like a month. Also, fasting - just eat fruit and liquids for 5-7 days, maybe some green beans for variety. Any quicker than that would require surgety or liposuction, but this probably looks gross for a while until it heals up, I don't know, I'm not familiar with surgery or liposuction, so probably not possible by Friday.

max out on sit-ups. 10 minute break. repeat for 2 hours. Do this everyday

Running. She needs to go running everyday for at least 30-2 hours...depending on the day. It will get her tummy slimmed and trimmed in no time. Eat salads and pasta's...meats...drink water and green tea only. Do some crunches, and have her work on her breathing and meditation...YOULL see a huge difference in NO TIME. get er done!
