now that I think about it I think you might encounter angry people at any job but I was going to orginaly say you encounter angry people as a police officer.
I think the question should be rephrased to make it more difficult... Try -- Can you name a job where you might often NOT encounter angry people? The list should be shorter, if there is a list at all...

Any Customer Service office in which the people there don't know anything, are never of any help, and are testy and short with you while they "serve" you. After awhile one gets annoyed and then angry..especially after being transferred six zillion times and still getting no helpful information! :(
