A dog that has bitten and drawn blood on a person,can they demand this dog to be put to sleep without having it in writing by the law?

    a

    well i live in the us and im not sure how different government is there.
    but i know that here you cant force someone else to put there dog down.
    if you were following the laws to protect people from your animal and they went after the dog its probbably okay.
    they can callthe animal rights people. and you could go under review.
    but even if the go through legal measures if anything the ownership will be under review and they may have to take it away from you depending on the situation. but unless your dog id like crazy out of control the chances of even the law putting it to sleep are slim.
